Windprotect TPU 210 2SK ND
blaugelb Windprotect TPU 210 2SK ND is a high-quality, vapour-permeable sarking membrane and roofing underlay that was specially developed for challenging applications in roofing. Made from a sturdy, specially laid polyester nonwoven (PES nonwoven) and equipped with a monolithic TPU copolymer coating on one side, it combines reliable protection with exceptional heat resistance. The anti-slip and sealing surface provides additional safety when processing.
Thanks to the nail-sealing special coating, blaugelb Windprotect TPU 210 2SK ND is perforation-proof in accordance with the ETA and can thus be used without additional nail material as Class 3 of the ZVDH – for a particularly economical and safe application. An additional advantage is the high flexibility: The underlay can be turned and twisted during installation, which saves material and costs.
blaugelb Windprotect TPU 210 2SK ND is also suitable for use under slate and tin roofing and can be installed directly on timber construction as well as on thermal insulation. It meets the requirements as an additional measure in accordance with the specifications of the ZVDH (Zentralverband des Deutschen Dachdeckerhandwerks, Class 5 – 3) and is approved as a rainproof sub-roof according to Class 2-ZVDH and Ö-Norm (Austrian standard). It is also suitable as a temporary covering in accordance with the specifications of TU Berlin (ZVDH product data sheet) and also for all load classes on substrates in accordance with SIA 232 (Switzerland).
The double self-adhesive edge enables fast and secure bonding of the underlay joints.
The bonding of smaller damages and butt joints is performed with blaugelb Universal Roof Tape (in the widths 60 mm, item no. 9363500, 100 mm, item no. 9363501 or 150 mm, item no. 9363502) or blaugelb Façade Tape UV (item no. 9363503). Larger-scale damage to the sarking membrane is to be professionally repaired with a cutout of the original sheet and the specified adhesive tapes.
